Limitation of Liability

Cryptfunder Ltd is not liable for trading losses, market volatility, or financial outcomes resulting from your trading decisions. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptfunder Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services
